I do shopping once a month and my favouriteshopping centreis «Gorizont».It takes me 3 hours to buy necessary goods. There are a lot of different shopsand two department stores : «Ashan»and «Hoff».Inthe shopping centre «Gorisont»we can visit cinema,cafeteries,informationdesks. It has a car park. This shopping centreoffer free charges such as shopping trolleys and baskets, recreation areas,special facilities for the elderyand disabled.We •canbuy clothes, sportswear, footwear,comseticsand perfume,books,hi-fi,toysandmany other goods in the shops.Atfirst customers usually look about and they can ask shop assistant for help.Then they choose the right size, model, colourof a thing, try a thing on, find out the price.Finallymake a purchase.Customerscan pay cash or by credit card.Shopassistants must be polite with customers.Shopassistanasks customer if he can help,helps tochoose the right thing,showswhere the fitting rooms are,leads tothe cash desk,acceptscustomer`s payment and ,of course,givescustomer change,recieptand purchase.Inshops,whichsell expensive goods,forexample furniture or hi-fi,customerscan make purchase in credit.Thereare many big and modern shopping centresin our city, where people can combine shopping with leisure.
