Hi, Denise.I read your letter and now will help you.If you want to feel healthy, the most important that you can do is going to sleep as soon as you can, eating more green food and walking outside a lot. But doing exercises is very well too, youre right! So do you want my advice? Of course, if you have a chance to join a gym or a fitness club - go ahead! Its expensive but effectively. I think that 3/4 hours a week will be very good. Often I dont have any time (or money) for visiting a gym and then I create something own. Its not necessary to work hard to get fit. What do I do? When no one is home I turn fiery music and dance like a crazy :) Believe me, few minutes - and you will feel yourself tired, winded but healthy. Add some physical exercises (like squatting, wringing, jumping) and my congratulations - now youre superman! Just kidding. Do it as often as you can.
