The bus stopped and o quickly jumped on it. It was 12:24 and I was already 24 minutes late for the meeting.
"Come on! Cant you move faster?!" - I said nervously.
The bus was half full so I sat on the nearest chair to the door. My arms were trembling.
"This is the end! Besides Im already late for the most important interview in my life!!" - I almost cried.
Today I had an interview in a company, a big one which specializes in computer programming.
"Why today? Why not tomorrow?"
I could feel tears in my eyes. Today was my chance and I failed miserably. Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder and heard somebody saying : dont cry. Dont you think youre a bit old for that. - the voice sad laughingly.
I sighed and looked at the woman behind me.
" nothing should make you worry too much."
And I replied angrily: easy to say. I losing the opportunity of a lifetime. Oh, excuse me, Ive already lost it!!
" no need to be so nervous, it wont help you"
But just as she finished her sentence the bus stopped and I flew out of it as fast as I could.
12:37. I rushed to the tallest building on the street. "Beautiful interior. Stop. No time for these thoughts"
A man in a suit came to me asking if I needed any help though he looked more like a boy. I quickly replied that because of traffic I was late for a job interview which should have started at 12:00. He smiled telling me to cool and that the person taking my interview hasnt arrived either. And as he said that the doors opened and a woman from the bus came into the lodge.
"Hello, Mr Nervous! - she said smiling- told you no need to worry so much"
