They go to other towns and wait intil the water level falls again. Anather disaster in hurricanes. Hurricanes are very strong winds that cone from the sea. The people there had to leave their homes and move to other towns and wait. When the hurricane arrived,it rilled 15 people and destroyed thousands of buildings.
